Note: Eric hit an in-the-park homerun in this overwhelming Ice Weasel victory. The opposing pitchers (two made an appearance) had a very hard time throwing strikes, often coming closer to rolling the ball than pitching it. This would have caused problems for them in any game, but it was particularly damaging in the winter one-pitch league. The Ice Weasels were not flawless defensively, but the other team also hit with very little power, which led to this lopsided game. Julienne, Susan, and Eric played fine defense in the infield, taking part in the majority of the plays. The Weasels set a couple team offensive records: most runs scored in a game and largest run differential in a game. This is also the 8th consecutive team win. Great way to start the Winter season, Weasels! Thanks a lot to Andrea for subbing and for taking some photos before and after the game.
