You name your son Sue. He always resents this. He is picked on throughout school for his name, and always ends up in fights. Eventually he confronts you about this. And unlike in the song, he kills you. But, like in the song, he does not name his sons Sue. And he does have sons. Lots of them. Just to prove his point that Sue is not a boy's name.
He does name a daughter Sue, though.
